DONELSON, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Nashville Cat Rescue is taking a big step towards expansion: they want to buy the Donelson Animal Hospital.
According to NCR Director Eva McCallister, the decision has been more than a year in the making, and having the clinic in their name will help give the organization a permanent location to treat animals and even get them adopted.
The group has been partnered with the animal hospital for many years, according to McCallister—they take all their cats there for pre-adoption medical needs like spays and neuters.
“We are coming up on our 20th anniversary this fall, so kind of as we are growing, the next step has been, ‘We need our own clinic,’” McCallister told News 2.
